Archaeology and documentation specialist with over 20 years of experience in museum collections management, artifact documentation, expertise in implementing International Council of museums (ICOM) standards for cataloging, archiving, and digital inventory control. skilled in overseeing international exhibition logistics, safe artifact handling, and inter-institutional cultural heritage projects. Active in the regional museum community and contributor to academic publications on cultural heritage preservation.
Yosha Alamri
Yosha Alamri is recognized as one of the prominent voices in the field of museums and cultural heritage in Jordan, where he serves as Director of Technical Affairs at The Jordan Museum. He holds a PhD in archaeometallurgy from Germany, which strengthens his scientific expertise in the study of mining and heritage preservation. He leads programs in museum education, translation, digitization, and public outreach, with a clear vision of empowering youth and specialized staff through continuous training and building long-term partnerships with local and international cultural institutions. His previous experience at the Department of Antiquities provided him with a solid foundation in managing national heritage, including supervising and safeguarding archaeological sites, enabling him to combine academic depth with practical application in serving cultural identity. Alongside his administrative and technical work, Alamri places special emphasis on bilingual storytelling (Arabic and English) to foster cross-cultural understanding, and he is committed to producing public and academic texts characterized by clarity and human dimension. His vision is to make museums and archaeological sites platforms for dialogue and unity in times of division, with a focus on inclusive access for people with disabilities and the use of digital tools to expand community participation. Through this approach, he strives to establish museums and heritage sites as leading institutions of cultural and human awareness at both the national and international levels.
Ahlam Khaled Abu-Harb
Archaeological Object Restorer and Conservator with over 6 years of experience in the conservation and restoration of pottery, metal, and other archaeological artifacts. Specializing in corrosion treatment, stabilization, preventive conservation, and documentation, she has worked on significant projects in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Dubai. Adept at interdisciplinary teamwork and committed to ethical conservation practices.
